These models are made from Margarine when I worked as a Kitchen Artist at the beginning of my career. The bull is supported by a wire frame whereas the Michelangelo sculpture is two feet tall and self supporting. I won the bronze medal at Le Salon DE Culinaire at Earls Court London with this Piece. It was my intention the take a waste plaster mould from it but when i went back the next day for collection it had been stolen. Its a terrible photo but its the only one I have.
