I read Von Daniken 'Chariots of the gods ' when I was a kid and I never forgot some of his theory's about ancient civilisations and astronaut. I know Von Daniken is ridiculed these days but there has been a lot more evidence come to light of advanced civilisations in our 'pre historic' period. I have a great love of these topics and wanted to produce a painting incorporating cutting edge technology with overgrown long forgotten civilisations. The main character was made in Zbrush and the whole thing was brought together in Photoshop
